Territory Manager – Argentina

About the role

As the first Territory Manager for Halter in Argentina, you will drive business growth and ensure customer success across the Mar y Sierras + Sudoeste region. You will act as the on‑the‑ground representative, executing sales strategies, building relationships, and supporting farmers with virtual fencing technology.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads, manage the full sales pipeline and close deals to meet high‑growth targets.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships, support customers, and ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Develop deep territory ownership by collaborating with regional agricultural groups and fostering industry relationships.
• Gather field feedback and work with Support, Product, and R&D teams to drive product improvements.
• Travel frequently throughout the territory to engage with customers and prospects.

Required profile

• Proven value‑based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals and upselling.
• Strong understanding of beef operations or a passionate willingness to learn the industry quickly.
• Front‑line attitude: thrive under pressure, own results and make teammates better.
• Ability to manage a large territory, balancing sales and customer success priorities.
