About the role

Otis is looking for a Service Technician I to join its Rio de Janeiro Centro team. You will be responsible for keeping elevators and escalators operational for customers in the central neighborhoods of the city.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Otis and other‑brand elevators and escalators.
• Diagnose technical issues, propose solutions and execute repairs.
• Interact directly with customers, prioritising their safety and service needs.
• Work across the Flamengo, Catete, Largo do Machado, Glória and Santa Tereza areas.

Required profile

• High school diploma completed.
• Technical training in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics.
• Safety certifications NR10 and NR35.
• Experience with elevator or escalator maintenance is a plus.
