About the role

Gates, a leading manufacturer of fluid power and power transmission solutions, is seeking a Technician III to support engineering processes across a variety of applications such as belts and hoses used in many industries.

Key responsibilities

Develop proficiency in a range of processes through training and on‑the‑job experience.
Complete atypical assignments and help determine appropriate approaches for new tasks.
Provide informal guidance to less‑experienced associates and act as a resource within the team.
Communicate effectively, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.

Required profile

5‑7 years of relevant experience.
No specific degree required.
Ability to understand team integration and contribute to department objectives.

Required skills

Proficiency in analytical and technical processes related to engineering support.
