Technical Team Lead

About the role

Octave is looking for a Technical Team Lead to drive adoption, expansion and operational support of Octave solutions for customers across Latin America. The role serves as the primary liaison between Octave and customer business units, ensuring high‑quality, scalable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Plan, monitor and control service activities, ensuring quality, timeliness and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Act as the main customer contact, driving retention, expansion and satisfaction through effective execution of services.
• Coordinate with account, global support, product and customer success teams to resolve issues and align priorities.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and implement changes to boost efficiency and adoption.

Required profile

• Strong experience in application support, service delivery or customer‑facing roles within a software/technology environment.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills, able to manage and develop technical teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep technical knowledge of Octave (Hexagon ALI) solutions.
• Understanding of system administration, upgrades, data migration and site deployments.
