About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Technical Support Specialist to assist users with technical issues and ensure a positive experience. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and system problems, providing guidance through various channels, and documenting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email, chat, phone or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and system‑related issues.
• Assist users with account access, configuration and technical inquiries.
• Accurately document issues, resolutions and support activities.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of systems, tools and support procedures.
• Ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of support requests.

Required profile

• Experience in technical support, IT support or customer service.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patient, professional and detail‑oriented mindset.
