Technical Support – FTTH Networks

About the role

FiberHome is seeking a Technical Support professional with hands‑on experience in FTTH technologies, specifically OLTs and ONUs, to provide technical assistance and ensure reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for FTTH networks, including OLTs, ONUs, and GPON technologies.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, equipment configurations, network alarms, and service performance.
• Assist customers, ISPs, and field technicians with technical inquiries and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with international engineering and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor support tickets, document incidents, and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Technical degree or studies in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
• Proven experience with OLTs, ONUs, and FTTH/GPON networks.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
