Technical Support Engineer

About the role

As a Technical Support Engineer at Cybele you will be the go‑to expert for complex deployment, rollout and optimization issues on Thinfinity Workspace. You will work directly with enterprise IT teams, helping them migrate legacy workloads and secure their cloud environments while delivering top‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted technical point of contact for enterprise customers running Thinfinity Workspace.
• Provide advanced support for virtual desktop and application delivery architectures, including reverse proxies, secure publishing protocols (RDP, VNC, SSH), session brokering and identity policies.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hybrid cloud deployments, focusing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and also Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Assist clients in migrating legacy workloads from Citrix or VMware Horizon to Thinfinity’s web‑based platform.
• Validate and troubleshoot Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Remote Privileged Access Management (RPAM) configurations.
• Author clear documentation, troubleshooting guides and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer, Technical Consultant or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or VMware Horizon environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and remote‑access protocols.
