Technical Support Associate – Workstation Support

About the role

Visa’s Corporate IT team is looking for a Technical Support Associate focused on workstation support. You will provide on‑site assistance to Visa staff, handling Windows and macOS devices, mobile hardware, collaboration tools, and Microsoft 365 applications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, on‑site technical support for end users across the organization.
• Perform health checks, validations, and proactive maintenance to prevent issues.
• Investigate recurring problems, identify root causes, and work with relevant teams to implement permanent fixes.
• Develop and apply automation scripts or agentic AI workflows to reduce ticket volume and enable self‑healing.
• Validate and support conference‑room technology to ensure reliable meeting experiences.
• Manage device lifecycle activities, ensuring secure and compliant endpoint operations.
• Document solutions and share knowledge to continuously improve team effectiveness.
