Technical Support Analyst – Workstation Support

About the role

Visa’s Corporate IT team is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the Onsite Technical Support group. You will provide hands‑on, on‑site assistance for Visa staff, ensuring workstations, mobile devices, and collaboration tools run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support for Windows and macOS workstations, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
• Perform health checks, validations, and proactive monitoring to prevent issues before they affect users.
• Investigate recurring incidents, identify root causes, and partner with relevant teams to implement permanent fixes.
• Develop and apply automation scripts or agentic AI workflows to reduce ticket volume and enable self‑healing solutions.
• Validate and support conference‑room equipment to guarantee reliable meeting experiences.

Required skills

• Windows operating system troubleshooting.
• macOS operating system troubleshooting.

• Experience with automation tools and AI‑driven workflows.
