Technical Specialist

About the role

PwC is seeking a Technical Specialist to support its risk and compliance practice. You will help clients navigate complex regulatory environments by designing and delivering M365‑based solutions that improve internal controls and mitigate operational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation and low‑code solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and Copilot.
• Provide Tier 3 support and incident management for multiple projects and stakeholders, including legal and financial teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with information security and data protection standards.
• Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in M365‑based technical roles.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑project environments and diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Strong critical‑thinking skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
• Advanced English proficiency; French is a plus.
