Technical Recruiter – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Buenos Aires to help us attract top‑tier full‑stack, AI/ML and senior software engineers for our fast‑growing AI‑enabled talent platform. The role is remote and freelance, focused on building a strong pipeline of engineering talent across Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for full‑stack, AI/ML and senior engineering positions.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening calls, evaluating technical and cultural fit.
• Manage candidates through the interview process and keep them engaged.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and the hiring team.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline tracker for each open role.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record in technical hiring.
• Based in Argentina with an existing network in the local tech community.
• Strong response rates from Argentine engineering candidates and knowledge of local salary expectations.
• Ability to work independently on a part‑time, freelance basis.
• Fluent Spanish and strong written and spoken English.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
