Technical Recruiter – End‑to‑End US Hiring

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for US‑based positions across Telecommunications, Engineering, Finance, and IT. You will partner directly with hiring managers from startups to global enterprises, sourcing and evaluating top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, ATS, company sites, and specialized platforms.
• Manage diverse requisitions for technical, engineering, financial, and IT roles.
• Conduct phone pre‑screen interviews, verify qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Engage passive candidates through calls, emails, and relationship‑building activities.
• Maintain direct communication with hiring managers at companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, T‑Mobile, and others.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end US recruitment experience (technical and non‑VMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, revenue‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Dice, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, and GitHub.
• Own equipment for remote sourcing activities.
