Technical Project Manager – Data Center Installations

About the role

WeInstall.IT is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large‑scale, mission‑critical Data Center infrastructure projects across Latin America. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of low‑voltage installations, working closely with enterprise clients, construction partners, engineering teams, and field supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff through final handover, ensuring safety, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Lead planning, execution, logistics, commissioning, and delivery of multiple Data Center projects.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, installation teams, subcontractors, and field supervisors.
• Provide technical oversight on structured cabling, fiber optic, and Data Center best practices.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and site conditions before and during execution.
• Manage relationships with enterprise clients, contractors, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, resources and produce accurate project documentation.
• Travel throughout Latin America as required.
