Technical Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of innovative cloud‑based solutions for our financial services and enterprise platform clients. The role will be based in Capital Federal, Monserrat and will work closely with global, cross‑functional teams to define strategy, roadmap and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for cloud and AI‑enabled services.
• Drive product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and operations to deliver micro‑services, CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and act as Product Owner for development squads.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, gather requirements and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends in GenAI, AI agents, RAG and Copilot to incorporate emerging capabilities.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product delivery or software development.
• Proven experience in financial services or enterprise platform environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Product Owner, Scrum or SAFe preferred.
