Technical Product Implementation Specialist (Associate)

About the role

Join Teladoc Health’s team driving the next evolution of virtual care. As an Associate Technical Product Implementation Specialist you will act as a technical advisor, leading the deployment of patient‑care devices, software solutions and integrated technologies across customer healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation activities from pre‑deployment planning through go‑live and project closure.
• Configure, deploy, validate, and optimize Teladoc Health hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to assess firewall, routing, wireless, VPN and network configurations and resolve connectivity issues.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with technical and operational stakeholders, delivering training and knowledge transfer.
• Identify implementation risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue ownership to resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical implementation, healthcare technology, network administration or related environments.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint support.
• Expert troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking and connectivity.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, wireless technologies, routing, switching, VPNs and firewall configurations.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology environments, clinical workflows and HIPAA data‑security requirements.
