Tech Manager – AI (Remote)

About the role

Trafilea is a consumer‑tech platform building an AI Growth Engine for next‑generation brands. We are seeking a Tech Manager – AI to lead the creation and scaling of production‑grade AI systems that directly influence millions of customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and scale AI solutions such as LLM agents, recommendation engines, and personalization systems.
• Design multi‑agent workflows and AI micro‑services that operate at enterprise scale.
• Translate business challenges into measurable AI‑driven products that boost conversion, retention, and user experience.
• Ship AI features that deliver clear business impact.
• Build and mentor a high‑performance AI team, hiring 2–5 engineers each quarter.
• Establish robust MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scalable AI infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading engineering teams in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments.
• 3+ years delivering AI/ML systems to production (LLMs, recommendation, personalization).
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Proven ability to connect technical decisions with business outcomes (e.g., CVR, revenue).
• Advanced English communication for a global remote team.
