Team Coordinator – Participant Management for Medical Device Study

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Coordinator to oversee local operations and participant management for a data‑collection and usability‑testing project involving medical consumer devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, and weight scales. The role supports smooth execution of study sessions and ensures high‑quality data capture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local participants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support onboarding, providing clear communication and guidance to new participants.
• Assist with scheduling sessions and monitoring timely participation.
• Manage device logistics and procurement when required.
• Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and related activities.
• Monitor and verify accurate completion of metadata and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed.
