Tax Associate – Acceleration Center

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Tax Associate, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple jurisdictions. You will work within the Assurance practice, collaborating with global teams to deliver tax and financial advisory services that help clients optimise performance and meet regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client financial data and identify tax‑related opportunities.
• Develop tailored financial and tax solutions to improve decision‑making.
• Prepare and review financial statements and models for client engagements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated advisory services.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate findings clearly.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
