Tax and Financial Advisor

About the role

Pandapay, a member of the PandaCredit Group, is seeking a part‑time Tax and Financial Advisor to support its local operations in Buenos Aires. The role is remote (home office) and focuses on ensuring compliance with Argentine tax regulations while providing strategic financial guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting and policy procedures for local operations.
• Ensure full tax compliance and monitor changes in local tax legislation.
• Analyze business risks and deliver effective tax advice and risk‑control measures.
• Review bookkeeping standards and schedules in line with IFRS and internal policies.
• Prepare balance sheets, annual financial statements, and support annual audits.
• Communicate regularly with the headquarters finance team, reporting progress and policy updates.

Required profile

• Solid background in tax and finance, preferably within international transfers or payment services.
• Familiarity with Argentine tax laws, policies, and procedures.
• Experience handling independent accounting and tax reporting, preparing financial statements, and participating in audits.
• Proven ability to work with an international team and act as a liaison between headquarters and local providers.

Required skills

• IFRS knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
