Talent Services Location Leader – Argentina

About the role

The Talent Services Location Leader will establish and lead the new Talent Services (TS) hub in Buenos Aires, Argentina, supporting EY member firms through high‑quality talent operations. Reporting to the Talent Services Leader, the role works closely with US onshore Talent Leaders, TS function leads, and the GDS Argentina Enablement Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all set‑up activities of the TS support function in Argentina.
• Collaborate with Super Region Talent teams and TS function leads to define roles, location strategy, and implementation plans.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance‑management framework for TS staff.
• Coordinate governance, reporting, and stakeholder priorities with onshore teams.
• Drive stabilization of delivery and ensure consistent, high‑quality support.

Required profile

• Experienced professional (Associate Director level) with a strong background in talent services or HR delivery.
• Proven ability to set up and scale service centers in a global environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across regions.
• Ability to work aligned with US shift timings.
