Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate to join our recruitment team. In this role you will connect high‑potential candidates with strategic opportunities across our BPO operations, ensuring a diverse and high‑quality talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines with a focus on diversity and quality.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and specific accounts.
• Provide labor‑market insights and data‑driven recommendations to support strategic hiring decisions.
• Participate in coaching, mentoring and continuous‑learning programs to enhance sourcing expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, BPO industry, headhunting or cold‑calling.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (preferred).
