Talent Acquisition Junior Analyst

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Junior Analyst supports Air Liquide’s global recruitment efforts by working closely with local lead recruiters and hiring managers. Reporting to the HR GBSC Team Leader, you will help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for assigned positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Local Lead Recruiters to meet talent acquisition milestones.
• Schedule virtual and in‑person interviews, arrange travel when needed, and act as the primary liaison among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters during interview phases.
• Coordinate background and reference checks with internal or external vendors, track progress and communicate cleared status.
• Process invoices related to recruitment vendors and providers.
• Provide backup support for resume screening and phone screening activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 0‑1 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (early‑career candidates welcome).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) is essential; intermediate to advanced French and Portuguese are a plus.
