About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Flowmingo Partner Program. In this flexible, commission-only role you will introduce our AI-powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring decision-makers in your network.

Key responsibilities

• Share the Flowmingo platform with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate introductions and help new users understand how the solution fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting background.
• Active network of HR and hiring stakeholders.
• Self-starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
