Key responsibilities

• Partner with function and capability leaders to understand talent strategies and hiring needs.
• Advise business leaders and coordinate across regions to meet global recruiting targets.
• Develop sourcing methodologies, leveraging external insights and talent market knowledge.
• Provide strategic guidance to Hiring Managers and University Engagement managers.
• Execute talent acquisition strategy through key projects and improve processes continuously.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, creatively source talent, and partner with sourcers.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, solution‑oriented, and adaptable.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and high integrity handling confidential information.
