Support Engineer

About the role

AppsFlyer is seeking a technically savvy Support Engineer to own end‑to‑end customer technical issues, collaborate with R&D and product teams, and contribute to product evolution through feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, resolution, and communication of customer technical issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure meticulous issue resolution.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams on escalations, enhancement requests, and support readiness for new releases.
• Enrich the client Knowledge Base with technical information and lead support‑process improvements.
• Provide product feedback, manage internal projects, and act as technical point of contact for VIP customers.

Required profile

• Passion for solving customer issues in a fast‑paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, QA, data analysis, development, or technical account management.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to coordinate between clients, internal teams, and engineering.
• Structured, process‑oriented, and capable of multitasking independently.

Required skills

• SQL querying and data analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
