Supply Chain Delivery Coordinator

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking a Supply Chain Delivery Coordinator to ensure the timely delivery of materials across its operations. You will act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams, supporting efficient purchase order execution and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Provide best‑in‑class support to assigned vendors, serving as the main point of contact for delivery‑related matters.
• Detect operational issues, collaborate with Vendor Performance Leads, and drive improvements in end‑to‑end vendor performance.
• Resolve purchase order or requisition concerns by working closely with key stakeholders.
• Educate vendors and internal teams on ExxonMobil systems and processes, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supply‑chain or logistics coordination role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, phone‑first approach to vendor engagement.
• Strong problem‑solving, prioritisation and collaboration abilities across local and remote teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational needs in a fast‑paced environment.
