Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

CookUnity is looking for a full‑time Supply Chain Analyst to own analyses, create dashboards and drive action plans across the internal supply chain. You will work in a fast‑growing startup environment, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth raw‑material supply and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Own key metrics such as food costs, identify gaps and deliver accurate, timely reporting.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, assess cost impact and develop corrective action plans.
• Manage stock levels to balance availability with waste reduction, especially for short‑life products.
• Oversee ordering and distribution processes in partnership with other teams.
• Monitor price changes and communicate them to relevant departments.
• Coordinate deployment of new tools including ERP/MRP and WMS.
• Develop and improve SOPs to boost department efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Self‑driven, organized and able to deliver results independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel.
• ERP/MRP knowledge.
• Basic SQL.
• Ability to leverage generative AI tools for productivity.
