Supervising Associate – Communications & Engagement

About the role

This position sits within EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Communications and Engagement pillar. You will partner with finance and operations stakeholders to craft compelling internal communications that support business priorities and the broader EY agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, produce and curate content for internal news, personnel announcements, newsletters, videos, reports, town‑hall materials and intranet pages.
• Project‑manage deliverables, maintain communications calendars and ensure timelines are met across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Interview stakeholders to gather information and translate complex finance/operations topics into clear messages.
• Track and report on metrics to assess the impact of communications activities.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Shared Services teams to deliver high‑quality assets.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of EY brand guidelines and ability to apply them consistently.
• Talent for simplifying complex content for diverse internal audiences.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Sound judgment handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance efficiency.
• Excellent editorial judgment and ability to influence communication approaches.
