About the role
We are seeking a proactive Student Success Manager to guide students through their first steps in financial markets, boost engagement, and convert demo users into active traders. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and expert teams to enhance the student experience.
Key responsibilities
- Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of company and partner products/services.
- Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms.
- Educate students on the benefits of real versus demo accounts to drive conversions.
- Build trust and motivate students to become active traders.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and track interactions across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and experts to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to enhance the student experience and conversion funnel.
- Conduct group webinars and promote additional products/features.
- Support various sales and operational tasks within the team.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Experience in trading, forex, finance, or crypto.
- Experience working in LatAm markets and understanding regional student/customer behavior.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance‑based targets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain professional concepts clearly.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
