Strategic Initiatives Manager – Assistant Director

About the role

The Strategic Initiatives Manager supports reporting and execution of key initiatives for the Next Frontier portfolio. Working closely with the Global Next Frontier Tech/AI Leader and Operations Lead, the role ensures consistent, executive‑ready reporting and drives strategic projects to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the leadership reporting cadence by consolidating inputs into dashboards, briefing materials and clear narratives that highlight progress, risks and decision requests.
• Translate executive guidance into actionable plans, coordinate stakeholders and drive initiatives through to closure.
• Maintain alignment with global, matrixed delivery teams and adapt reporting to US West Coast (PST) timings as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology‑focused environments.
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership on complex, global initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and ability to thrive in a startup‑like setting.
