Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

The Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor will lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure a clean, safe, and customer‑focused environment at the NCCC Panacan location.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and support growth initiatives.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays, organize product areas, and keep the store tidy.
• Manage daily operations, including cash handling, banking of sales, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance and conduct appraisals.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective store operations and maintain a safe, clean environment for employees and customers.
• Handle inventory tasks such as stocking, ordering, and managing small‑item notes.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, staffing, assignments, and incidents to headquarters and superiors.
• Follow established guidelines, SOPs, and any additional duties assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Willingness to work at the NCCC Panacan store.
