Sr. Site Activation Specialist (North America team)

About the role

The Senior Site Activation Specialist will support North American clinical studies by managing site activation activities at the country level, ensuring compliance with regulations, SOPs, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact for investigative sites, Site Activation Managers, and project teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Perform feasibility, site identification, start‑up and activation tasks, preparing and reviewing site documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal systems, databases and tracking tools with up‑to‑date project information.
• Monitor site performance metrics, project planning and timelines, and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Provide quality control of site‑provided documents and support sponsors on specific initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience supporting site activation or regulatory tasks.
• Based in Argentina or Brazil.
• Advanced level of English to work with a global team.

• Knowledge of clinical site activation processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using internal tracking systems and databases.
