Sr Creative Operations Manager, Paid Ads

About the role

Trafilea is looking for a Senior Creative Operations Manager to lead its paid‑ads creative pods. You will bridge creative strategy, performance data, and operational efficiency to deliver high‑impact campaigns at scale for its portfolio of consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative pods to produce Class A paid‑ads campaigns on schedule.
• Drive rapid testing, innovation, and scale‑up of winning ad concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency and product accuracy across all creative assets.
• Implement agile workflows and continuously optimise creative operations for efficiency.
• Analyse performance metrics to inform data‑driven creative decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align creative strategy with overall business goals.
• Mentor and develop top creative talent, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or Project Management certification a plus).
• 5+ years leading creative campaigns in advertising or eCommerce with a record of scalable, high‑impact results.
• Proven experience building and mentoring creative teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, and advertising principles.
• Strong strategic planning, prioritisation, and flawless execution under tight deadlines.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset that turns insights into growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
