About the role

The Contracts & Legal Operations Specialist will join Wyndham's Global Shared Services team in Buenos Aires. The role supports North America collection litigation, settlements, and contract compliance by providing data‑driven insights and managing legal workflows across the franchise lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own NAMER collection litigation support, analytics, and settlement management reporting functions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics to monitor payments, forecast accuracy, litigation trends, and potential risks.
• Conduct analytics to support franchise termination, settlement activities, and hand‑off to legal partners.
• Partner with legal and settlements teams to evaluate settlement probability versus litigation cost.
• Coordinate and monitor collection‑related payments, ensuring timely processing and accurate record‑keeping.
• Track legal settlements and collection activity, assisting with legal matter administration and governance.
