Spanish-English Bilingual EFL Teacher – Remote

About the role

We are seeking native Spanish speakers with C1/C2 English proficiency to teach beginner adult learners English online. The position is fully remote and involves both group and one‑on‑one classes using a bilingual teaching model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality English instruction in English while providing Spanish support.
• Conduct group lessons and private sessions according to a set schedule.
• Apply the CEFR framework to assess and progress learners.
• Utilise the company’s online platform and, where applicable, AI‑assisted or blended learning tools.
• Contribute to curriculum development and content creation for absolute‑beginner courses.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with C1/C2 level English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; TESOL/TEFL certification preferred unless degree is in English Language Teaching.
• Minimum 2 years of ESL teaching experience (online experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the CEFR framework.
• Ability to communicate professionally in both languages, written and verbal.
• Pass a background check and be available at least 10 hours per week, including 5 peak‑time hours.

Required skills

• Computer with Intel® Core™ i5 or higher and 8 GB RAM.
• High‑speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download) via wired connection.
• Noise‑cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, well‑lit workspace.
