Spa Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spa Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Massage Heights in San Antonio. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest bookings, check‑ins and check‑outs, and accurately process payments.
• Promote and sell memberships, packages, retail products and gift cards through personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by assisting with laundry, sanitation and general cleaning duties.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Assess guest needs and suggest appropriate spa services.
• Build rapport with guests to create a memorable experience.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, results‑oriented team culture.

Required profile

• Warm, approachable and enjoys connecting with people.
• Calm under pressure and solution‑focused.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high service standards.
• Motivated to meet sales and service goals.
• Available to work 32+ hours per week, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work across locations if needed.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn booking software.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus; a positive attitude is essential.
