About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spa Front Desk Receptionist to create exceptional experiences for every guest at our San Antonio locations. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming guests, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth, friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily front‑desk operations, including check‑in, check‑out, and payment processing.
• Promote and sell memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards through personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by assisting with laundry, sanitation, and general cleaning duties.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Provide thoughtful service recommendations based on guest needs and preferences.

Required profile

• Warm, approachable personality with a genuine desire to connect with people.
• Calm under pressure, solution‑focused, and detail‑oriented.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work 32+ hours per week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Dependable transportation for potential travel between locations.
