Software Engineer (Python/Flask) – Remote

About the role

Software Mind is looking for a seasoned Software Engineer to join a fast‑growing team that supports a US‑based client revolutionizing asset‑based lending. You will work remotely from anywhere in LATAM, building and enhancing the onboarding platform that processes billions of dollars each year.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end customer onboarding process, translating client needs into reliable system integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement by defining best practices and identifying efficiency gains.
• Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients on custom configurations and platform customizations.
• Develop and maintain onboarding features using Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS.

Required profile

• 4+ years of backend development experience, primarily with Python and Flask.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and solid SQL knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience building front‑end interfaces with React.
• Comfortable using Git for version control and working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive attitude, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn from feedback.
