Software Developer (Internal Tools & Automation)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Software Developer to design, build, and maintain internal tools that power our logistics and fulfillment operations. You will work closely with Operations and Account Management teams, writing code daily to solve real‑world problems and drive automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal automation tools, dashboards, and web applications using Python and JavaScript.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and data pipelines supporting inventory, order, and fulfillment workflows.
• Design and implement integrations between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), e‑commerce platforms, and third‑party services.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and participate in code reviews to ensure high quality.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with operations teams.
• Ensure data accuracy across inventory and stock management systems.
• Support reporting and KPI dashboards with data‑driven insights.
• Contribute to technical documentation and help onboard future team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on developer comfortable writing production code daily.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, especially Operations and Account Management.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset focused on automation and efficiency.
