Social Media Manager – TikTok, Instagram & Emerging Platforms

About the role

You will be the driving force behind the brand’s daily social presence, shaping content, engaging communities, and tracking performance across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring the brand appears consistently and compellingly online.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage social content calendars, balancing planned, campaign and reactive posts.
• Schedule and publish content, adhering to brand guidelines, platform specs and accessibility standards.
• Write and adapt copy for each platform, maintaining tone of voice and native style.
• Coordinate with creative teams and external creators to deliver correctly formatted assets on time.
• Support the Senior Social Media Manager in always‑on content, campaign activations and product‑launch moments.
• Monitor channels daily, respond to comments, messages and mentions promptly and on‑brand.
• Engage proactively with audiences to foster community, inclusivity and authenticity.
• Track trends, hashtags and platform features, flagging opportunities for the wider team.

Required profile

• Highly organized and culturally fluent, with a genuine enthusiasm for social media.
• Deep understanding of what works on TikTok versus Instagram versus YouTube.
• Ability to write compelling copy tailored to each platform.
• Proactive trend‑spotting and quick reaction to emerging formats.
• Comfortable managing calendars, performance reports and briefing creators.
