Social Media Manager

About the role

Daybook Financial Group is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to turn our social presence into a growth engine. You will own the strategy and execution across multiple platforms, focusing on mid‑market CFOs, controllers, business owners, and Filipino audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, and publish content on LinkedIn (primary), TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram with a consistent cadence.
• Create scroll‑stopping posts that resonate with finance professionals and targeted regional audiences.
• Manage community engagement by replying to comments, direct messages, and building relationships on other accounts.
• Maintain the founder’s personal LinkedIn profile alongside the company page.
• Track performance metrics, amplify successful tactics, and discontinue under‑performing content.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of social media management experience for a B2B brand, preferably in professional or financial services.
• Strong writing ability with a sharp, non‑corporate voice.
• Comfortable creating visual assets using Canva.
• Ability to write for business decision‑makers rather than general consumers.
