Social Influencer & Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Influencer & Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our network of influencer, creator, and affiliate partners using Aspire and Everflow. This remote, hands‑on role focuses on recruiting partners, coordinating content, and driving measurable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers, creators, and affiliates that align with our brand.
• Manage outreach, product gifting, ongoing communication, and partnership follow‑up.
• Coordinate partnership terms, deliverables, timelines, and commissions within approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate partner profiles, campaign details, and tracking links in Aspire and Everflow.
• Provide partners with creative briefs, product information, and campaign objectives, and ensure content meets quality standards.
• Track performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and recommend partnership adjustments.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing influencer, creator, or affiliate partnerships.
• Hands‑on experience with Aspire and Everflow platforms.
• Strong creative eye and ability to evaluate influencer content effectiveness.
• Familiarity with Instagram creator dynamics and affiliate disclosures.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and maintain clear SOPs.
