Social Graphic Designer – Beauty Industry (Remote)

About the role

This position leads and elevates social‑first design execution for beauty brands, ensuring visually strong, cohesive, and platform‑native creative across social media channels. The role blends hands‑on graphic design, creative leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking to deliver engaging content that meets brand goals and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee social design projects across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Create high‑performing social assets such as graphics, carousel posts, story templates, reels covers, and other social‑first visuals.
• Maintain and evolve brand aesthetics on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Review creative work, provide feedback, direction, and mentorship to designers.
• Build and improve scalable design systems, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with social managers on monthly content calendars and campaign needs.
• Work cross‑functionally with influencer, paid media, and production teams.
• Translate larger brand campaigns into modular, social‑native visual assets.
• Participate in client reviews and present creative rationale when required.
• Support presentations, strategy decks, and visual storytelling initiatives.
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Explore AI‑assisted tools and new creative formats to improve efficiency and performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong focus on social‑first content.
• Background in the beauty industry; agency experience is a plus.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or overseeing designers or creative teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong English‑speaking proficiency.
