Social Community Manager - Argentina

About the role

OLIVER is looking for a Social Community Manager to lead Spanish‑language content for the Americas team. The role combines community management, content creation, and on‑camera hosting to drive a video‑first social strategy aimed at B2B decision‑makers across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a regular publishing schedule, promoting content across multiple social channels for Latin America.
• Implement and manage a content editorial calendar.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages via Sprinklr.
• Stay current with social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is informative, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as an on‑camera host for short‑form videos, interviews, event coverage, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Work with creative teams to script, produce, and edit video content tailored for each platform.
• Conduct social listening, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for content optimization.
• Develop and execute video‑first strategies to increase authentic, personality‑driven engagement.
• Ensure compliance with global social channel guidelines.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in social media management, preferably for B2B audiences.
• Comfortable appearing on camera, hosting videos, and interviewing subject‑matter experts.
• Strong understanding of how each social platform works and how to optimize content for engagement.
• Experience creating short‑form video content for professional audiences.
