Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of critical systems in a global enterprise environment. This hands‑on role focuses on proactive incident prevention, production monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement of service reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Prevent incidents proactively by baselining expected service performance, applying lessons learned, and using data analytics to identify gaps.
• Lead agile product teams in troubleshooting and resolving system problems, including application and critical system performance analysis.
• Serve as a technical resource during critical and major incidents across multiple technologies.
• Facilitate SRE technical assessments, identify gaps, and provide recommendations based on the organization’s SRE framework.
• Improve logging, create automated resolutions triggered by events, and develop automation scripts to eliminate toil.
• Monitor production environments, maintain a holistic view of system health, and continuously optimize performance.
• Collaborate with peers, leadership, subject‑matter experts, and users to promote end‑to‑end DevOps/SRE best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on IT professional with full‑stack infrastructure knowledge and experience troubleshooting incidents and production issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).

Required skills

• Network administration & security (Cisco, Juniper).
• Identity & access management (Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML, OpenID, certificates, keys).
• Cybersecurity, on‑prem & cloud architecture, Windows & Linux OS.
• Performance monitoring, application & database troubleshooting, change management, API integration.
• Automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell, KQL, Shell scripting).
