Site Reliability Engineer – Argentina

About the role

Teladoc Health is looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join its virtual‑care platform team in Argentina. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of hybrid cloud services that support millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain observability solutions across Azure using Azure Monitor, Datadog, Grafana‑Prometheus, Dynatrace and Elastic.
• Define and standardise SLIs, SLOs and SLAs, and build dashboards with automated alerting to detect service degradations early.
• Create and maintain on‑call runbooks and playbooks, lead incident response, and drive blameless post‑mortems.
• Develop automation for self‑healing systems, monitoring remediation and incident mitigation.
• Contribute to disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity planning across multi‑cloud environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, network and systems teams to embed observability into compliance and governance frameworks.
• Mentor engineering staff on observability tools, monitoring strategies and incident management best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience working with Azure cloud platforms (VMs, AKS, Application Insights, Azure Monitor).
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus or LogicMonitor.
• Strong understanding of metrics, monitoring, alerting and incident response processes.
• Proactive mindset toward reliability engineering and ability to work cross‑functionally.
