Site Reliability Engineer – Argentina

About the role

BigID is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen its production infrastructure in Argentina. You will work closely with the R&D team to enhance CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud operations, and ensure high availability of services across AWS and GCP.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate CI/CD processes and develop automation for container‑based microservices.
• Design, debug and maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud‑native Terraform modules.
• Own SRE duties for AWS and GCP environments, guaranteeing scalability and reliability.
• Manage infrastructure‑as‑code workflows using env0 for Terraform.
• Implement monitoring, metrics and dashboards in Datadog for proactive incident management.
• Research emerging technologies and guide technical direction for the team.
• Collaborate with R&D teams in an Agile setting and communicate testing strategies across the organization.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Self‑motivated, problem‑solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
