Site Enablement Solutions Project Lead

About the role

The Site Enablement Solutions (SES) Project Lead will drive the delivery of site enablement services across clinical trial projects, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious execution while acting as a consultant to study teams and sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with pre‑ and post‑award stakeholders to plan and implement Site Enablement Solutions.
• Develop global delivery strategies, identify sites, and expand services as needed.
• Determine internal resourcing based on study requirements and manage multi‑region operational plans.
• Create and execute risk‑management plans to protect project objectives.
• Communicate progress and impact of solutions to sponsors and project teams.
• Lead internal meetings and represent SES in sponsor‑facing sessions.
• Own study KPIs, financial performance, scope, and quality of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in clinical trials, 3 years at a CRO or clinical trial services provider, and 3 years in a project‑manager role.
• Advanced proficiency in English for global collaboration.
