About the role
Join the Latin America team of a global CRO to support clinical research projects as part of the study start‑up team. This home‑based position in Argentina focuses on budgeting, contract negotiation and documentation for trial sites.
Key responsibilities
- Review and negotiate site budgets and clinical trial agreements (CTAs) together with legal and project teams.
- Prepare site‑specific contractual documents, track negotiation status in the CTMS, and coordinate signature processes.
- File executed contracts in the Trial Master File and maintain local documentation.
- Liaise with project, translation and legal departments on site contracting and grant matters.
Required profile
- College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
- Previous experience in study start‑up operations; finance and negotiation experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
