Site Activation Specialist, ICF Lead

About the role

The Site Activation Specialist, ICF Lead is responsible for country‑level site activation activities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, IQVIA SOPs, and project timelines. This senior individual contributor works remotely and serves as the single point of contact for assigned studies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned studies, coordinating with investigative sites, Site Activation Managers, and project teams.
• Perform feasibility assessments, site identification, study start‑up, and site activation in line with regional regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and distribute site documentation (CDAs, SIFs, regulatory submissions, ICFs, Investigator Packs) ensuring completeness and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate information in internal systems and tracking tools, and review site performance metrics.
• Provide local regulatory and operational expertise throughout study execution and conduct quality control reviews of site documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical research or relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of country‑specific regulatory requirements for the region.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Knowledge of local regulatory guidelines and IQVIA SOPs.
• Experience with site activation processes and documentation management.
